How long will it take to get my order?

Please set aside 1 – 3 working days depending on where you are based. Shipping times are estimated as follows: Joburg (1 Day) – Cape Town/Durban (2 Days) – Outlying Areas (3 Days). These times might be longer during holidays / festive season. 

What if the product I want is out of stock?

Drop me an email with the product information and I can get it reordered for you with my next import.

What is your returns policy?

No returns or exchanges accepted on any products or makeup. I am a small online store and I don’t believe in re-packaging “2nd hand” stuff. I offer a unique service and I want my customers to feel special when they unwrap and wear their products 🙂 All my products are checked by myself before packaging. I handle all the packaging myself as well. However, should you be very unhappy, I would like to chat so please do contact me.

I am looking for something specific for an event or I need to order in bulk. Can you help?

I am able to do custom orders for items not shown on my website so drop me an email with details of what you are looking for. I am also able to do bulk orders for products / items provided my supplier has enough stock.
